OG Advertising obtains express consent prior to sending SMS messages. Consent is collected directly from individuals through the following methods:

Users provide their phone number via contact forms located at:

Client onboarding forms
Below the phone number field, the following disclosure is presented with an unchecked checkbox:
“By providing your phone number and checking this box, you agree to receive conversational and informational SMS messages from OG Advertising regarding your inquiry, services, appointments, and account updates. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
Users must actively check the box before submitting the form. The checkbox is not pre‑checked.

Date and time stamp
IP address
Consent checkbox confirmation
- Client Onboarding Agreements
During onboarding, clients sign a service agreement that includes the following SMS consent clause:
“Client agrees to receive SMS communications from OG Advertising related to project updates, scheduling, account notifications, and support. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Client may opt out at any time by replying STOP.”
Signed agreements are stored securely for recordkeeping.
- Verbal Consent (If Applicable)
If a client provides a phone number during a phone consultation, they are informed:
“We may send you text messages regarding your project and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out.”
